The extended spray nozzle is gently placed at the opening of the inner ear and with one push of the finger will disperse down the ear canal. Remove the dust cap and place the nozzle at the opening of the ear canal. Spray twice in each ear. Once your dog shakes their head, use a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer ear (ear flap/pinnae). Use weekly. Tip: Apply during bath time when your dog is still.
Is this ear cleaner safe to spray down the ear canal?
Yes this product is designed to clean the internal ear as well as the outer ear.
How often should I use this?
Ear cleaning is recommended weekly, particularly for long-eared dogs during the warmer weather.
Can I use this product if my dog is using ear medication?
You don't need to use this product on the days you're using medicated ear drops.

Wasn't suitable for our dog's particular problem. Vet advised against it for our dog.

The spraying applicator is a bad design
Dogs are known to have aversion to the act of spraying, especially so close to their sensitive parts such as the ears. The ingredients are perfect but the design is insensitive. A more practical way to apply ear drops like the vets do is by dropper not sprayer. Please consider modifying the applicator to a dropper rather than spraying which makes much more sense in terms of applying the drops to a dog’s ear. I won’t be buying it again until this design issue is being looked at, even though it’s a good product. My puppy hates me spraying his ears and I ended up having to buy a dropper to bypass this problem.

Gentle on the ears
My dog doesn't mind this at all, it doesn't smell like the chemical washes that are available at the vet/pet shops. This has a pleasant natural fragrance and its very gentle of fur babies ears. Will purchase again, as it doesn't leave a sticky residue. Love the spray, a little goes a long way.
