RETURNS
For damaged goods or goods lost in transit, Essential Dog will replace free of charge and will pay for shipping of the replaced goods.

For change of mind or exchange, please return the goods in original packaging. No returns will be accepted for any items that have been opened and they must be received in saleable condition.
